Catherine Britain is a co-founder and a past president of the Telehealth Alliance of Oregon (TAO) and currently serves as the Program Director. She is the principal and owner of CSBritain Consulting in Medford, Oregon. Catherine served as the chair of the TAO reimbursement workgroup which was responsible for developing Oregon’s telehealth reimbursement legislation in 2009. She also serves on the advisory board for the NRTRC.

Dr. Humphry is an internist with special interest in diabetes who graduate from the University of California, San Francisco and did his internal medicine residency at the University of Rochester and UCLA. He has been a consultant in diabetes and chronic disease management to the Pacific Basin and served on a number of state and national committees including the National Diabetes Education Program. He has over 30 years experience as a safety net provider in community health centers. He has over 25 years experience in health information technology 12 years with the UH Telehealth Research Institute. He has directed telehealth projects in Waianae, Hana and the Big Island. He recently retired after 22 years as a Medical Director at HMSA (BCBS Hawaii).
