February 26, 2015
About this webinar:
Building telehealth solutions at CHI Franciscan Health Health systems face growing pressure to reduce the cost of care, grow revenues, and to improve the outcomes of care delivery. Telehealth offers great potential to achieve lower cost, higher quality, and better access to care. However, advanced telehealth services often require upfront cost, infrastructure, and strong business models for health systems to support the advancement of these services.
CHI Franciscan Health has been successful in incrementally building sustainable telehealth infrastructure by implementing solutions with immediate cost savings and developing champions. This foundational infrastructure is now leveraged to support increasingly mature population health initiatives. This webinar will highlight some of the telehealth solutions that have been implemented at CHI Franciscan Health, along with lessons learned along the way.
