2:00    Getting Paid for Telehealth: planning for financial sustainability. An overview of telehealth business models and a detailed review of telehealth reimbursement.

2:45    Telehealth Technology Basics: a guide for the novice and refresher for the experts. 
3:15    Telehealth Workflow: similarities and differences with in-person care. A detailed look at setting up a telehealth clinic.
3:45    Start Spreading the Telehealth News: marketing & communication, evaluation and reporting. Learn about the importance of communications when creating, delivering, and sustaining a telehealth program.
4:15    Ready, Set, Go: next steps in getting started in telehealth. The speaker will provide a summary of workshop themes, as well as helpful checklists and resources for initiating a telehealth program.
