Intermountain has a broad digital healthcare strategy that spans in-patient and out-patient clinical services with over 30 clinical programs. In addition, Intermountain has successfully launched a Direct to Consumer urgent care service, and is expanding direct to patient scheduled video visit capability.
Intermountain has developed a focused effort to identify the value created by these services and create metrics that span programs. The intent is to validate the business case proposal and monitor the service as it matures. Additionally, dashboards and other visualizations keep leadership and team members aware of the programs’ success.
