QI Pre-Conference Workshop
We invite you to engage in this practical, hands-on workshop to build and strengthen your quality improvement (QI) program to optimize telehealth service delivery in ways that are efficient, data-driven and person-centered. Attendees will grasp the four elements of the Model for Telehealth Improvement, build skill in planning and executing plan-do-study-act (PDSA) cycles - while avoiding common PDSA pitfalls and engage in telehealth process improvement mapping. All materials used during the workshop will be freely available to attendees to take “home”, brand, improve and use as they like.
- The NRTRC pre-conference workshop instructor is Trudy Bearden, PA-C, MPAS. Trudy has a wealth of improvement experience as a clinician, QI coordinator, QI consultant, and telehealth expert and has delivered QI trainings and practice coaching for 20 years.
- The NRTRC chose to include the QI course based on the positive feedback from our online telehealth QI series, we offer this workshop for a hands-on experience and a chance to interact with the instructor in real-time and in person .
