Attendee Registration

NRTRC is pleased to announce that registration for the Conference is now Open! The conference will be in-person only at the University of Washington’s Husky Union Building and is approved for up to 20 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. Make the most of your conference experience and check out our Know Before You Go document to prepare.

*The Scholarship Attendee registration category is open to attendees affiliated with tribal health clinics and Indian Health Center employees.  Interested Scholarship Attendees must submit a paragraph during the registration process regarding why they want to attend and what they will do with the content learned.

Submitted Scholarship Attendee registrations will initially have a “waitlist” status while the registration is reviewed.  If approved, the registration status will be changed to “approved” and more information about the conference will be sent.

Group Discount

We're offering a group discount this year for groups of 5+ attendees!  During the online registration process you will be able to register your group all at once and receive $20 off each registration.  Group members should be registered together to receive the discount.  For questions about the group discount, please email cgrant@conferences.utah.edu.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to Conference & Event Management (cgrant@conferences.utah.edu) or call 801-587-1005. Cancellations made by 5 pm MDT Friday, April 5, 2024 will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after April 5th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time. Should extenuating circumstances arise which result in your registration cancellation, exceptions to the cancellation policy can be made on a case by case basis. Please state your reason for cancellation in your written notice to Conference & Event Management.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid by one of the following methods:

  The online registration system is compliant with all PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Standards and University of Utah accounting policies. Credit card information is encrypted in the online system after submitting your registration payment. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
• Check
