This interactive four-week mini-series will explore the telehealth challenges encountered by FQHCs during the start of the pandemic, including engagement of hard to reach populations, staff engagement, making smart and effective telehealth technology decisions and decisions about where to go with telehealth after the end of the public health emergency.

In the spring of 2020, most healthcare organizations were forced to pivot to delivering services in the telehealth environment.
While telehealth itself is not new, it was a new process to many organizations, one that was thrown together instantaneously as a result of being in “survival mode.”
