- The NRTRC pre-conference workshop instructor is Trudy Bearden, PA-C, MPAS. Trudy has a wealth of improvement experience as a clinician, QI coordinator, QI consultant, and telehealth expert and has delivered QI trainings and practice coaching for 20 years.
- The NRTRC chose to include the QI course based on the positive feedback from our online telehealth QI series, we offer this workshop for a hands-on experience and a chance to interact with the instructor in real-time and in person .
